Injection Molded Magnet Processing
Neodymium, Samarium Cobalt, and Ferrite Materials can be manufactured by injection molding. Common binders for injection molding are polyamides. The advantage of using this method is the possibility to get a better tolerance directly from the tool with no required heat treatment. The magnets can be produced in complex shapes. They can be combined with other materials for over-molding or insert molding.
